The Fix Elixir Brow Fixing Serum by Elan helps to restore, moisturize, and protect brow hairs, as well as assists in shaping them in the desired direction.

This serum contains ELAYA RENOVA™ olive stem cell component and panthenol. These components provide moisture to the hair and restore their protein structure. The serum also protects against the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. The fixation offers medium hold, that is recommended to be used daily as part of the brow care home routine.
