United States Army 101st Airborne Division Unit Crest (Rendezvous With Destiny)
This is the unit crest, or distinctive unit insignia, for the 101st Airborne Division. The motif is an eagle in downward flight which alludes to the "Airborne" classification of the Division. The motto, "Rendezvous with Destiny," appears across the bottom. This has been the Division's motto since its founding on 16 August 1942. These items are only available as pairs.
